Drury University’s Zeta Tau Alpha sorority is hosting its second annual “Queso For A Cure” event on Thursday, October 27th to raise money for breast cancer awareness and education.

As the name implies, “Queso For A Cure” is a queso competition.  The women of Zeta Tau Alpha introduced the event last October but it was only open to student groups and organizations on campus.  This year the competition will be open to the entire Springfield, Missouri community including queso from area restaurants.  The winner will be awarded “The Best Queso in Springfield, MO” based on popular vote.

This is a family friendly event that everyone will enjoy.  If you think your queso is the best around, pull together a team of four and sign up.  Or just come and enjoy the queso and help pick the winner.  All proceeds go toward breast cancer awareness and education.
