If you purchase general admission tickets, you have a choice to sit in the grass. No lawn chairs are allowed in Hammons Field, but blankets and towels are accepted.

What is the rain-check policy?

The Springfield Cardinals have a rain-check policy that allows fans to trade in their tickets if the game happens to be rained out.

A baseball game can be considered complete if five innings have been played. As long as the game was rained out before five innings were completed, or as long as the Cardinals were not winning at the end of 4½ innings, then tickets can be exchanged for another day. If this happens, take the rained-out tickets to the box office and staff will exchange them for a new game.  You may also mail them to be exchanged.
